Refund Policy

1. Course Refunds and Credits

- Cancellation by Host:
Refunds are only issued if the course or class is canceled by the host. In such cases, students will be refunded the full amount paid.

- Student Absences and Rescheduling:
If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, they may apply the paid funds toward any other upcoming class offered by us within a period of one (1) year from the date of the original class. To do so, students must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. Funds will be credited as a voucher or account credit towards future classes, not as a cash refund.

- Expiration of Credits:
Credits or funds applied toward a future class must be used within one (1) year from the date of the original class. After this period, any remaining credit will be forfeited, and no refunds or extensions will be granted.

- No Refunds for Attended Classes:
Once a class has been attended, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance.

2. Merchandise Policy

- All merchandise purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on merchandise unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

- If merchandise is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence to arrange for a replacement or refund.

- The buyer is responsible for all actual shipping fees related to returns or exchanges.

3. General Terms

- Payment and Refund Processing:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

- Changes to Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.

- Legal Compliance:
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
